• Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
• You can use our contact methods provided in our website to arrange returns or exchanges, Or Please contact us on WhatsApp.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

• Bear in mind that if you received an item with a clear defect (broken) or has a missing part, you must flag this issue within 48hrs from the delivery date.

Refunds & Exchanges

• You can exchange Both sizes and products.
  ( Price difference in the exchange order has to be higher than or the same as your initial purchase).
• Exchanges or Returns are subject to 30 EGP shipping fees or your initial shipping fees purchase.
• Once you contact us for a return or exchange request and it was accepted our courier will contact you in 4-6 days work to receive the returned product and return your refund to you at the same time.
